Welcome
The first International Workshop on Topology Optimization and Additive Manufacturing is being jointly sponsored by The Laboratory of Scientific Computing and Visualization at the Federal University of Alagoas and Georgia Institute of Technology in July 2020 to bring together researchers, students, and practicing engineers with interest in the connection between topology optimization and additive manufacturing. In addition to a series of lectures from top researchers in the field as well as lively discussions, this year's event will feature a short course led by Professor Krishnan Suresh of the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
