For arriving to the conference location (Renaissance Ilikai Waikiki
Hotel) the nearest airport is Honolulu International (HNL). The
Renaissance Ilikai Waikiki Hotel is located at about 10-15 minute
driving distance from airport. The shuttle service to the hotel
is available through “Roberts Hawaii” and is commonly
known as Airport Waikiki Express. The service is
available 24 hours a day. No reservations are required for service
to the Hotel, but reservations are required for service to the airport
from the hotel.
Airport to Hotel (Travel time: 10-15 minutes)
Upon arrival at the
Honolulu International Airport look for staff with Airport Waikiki
Express signs or identified pickup points along the center median
outside of baggage claim. You can also ask at the help desk for
locating designated pick-up points for “Airport Waikiki Express.”
Shuttles leave the airport every twenty minutes. Passengers are
allowed two pieces of luggage at no charge. When the shuttle arrives
please let your driver know that you are staying at Renaissance
Ilikai Hotel and pay the fare once on board.
Hotel to Airport: (Travel time: 25-30 minutes)
Please make your reservations at least 24 hours
in advance during business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm). On the day
of pick up, all passengers should wait curbside in front of their
hotel. Please allow approximately forty-five minutes to an hour
from hotel to the airport depending on the traffic conditions.
